Oscar is the Chief Product & Innovation Officer at Beem Credit Union, leading Corporate Strategy, Innovation, Product, Agile & PMO, and Brand & Communications to drive growth, enhance member experiences, and achieve Beem’s vision and strategy.

He brings extensive experience in driving innovation, shaping strategy, and building collaborative teams within financial services. Prior to joining Beem, Oscar held senior roles at Interac Corp. and BMO, where he focused on strategy, innovation, product development, and business transformation. Known for his thoughtful leadership and ability to connect ideas across sectors and disciplines, he is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
